Transfer, Purpose, and Legal Basis of Your Personal Data:

Your Personal Data; To fulfill our obligations arising from the relevant legislation regarding information and document sharing, and also to exercise our rights, it may be shared with ‘Authorized Public Institutions and Organizations’ based on the legal grounds such as the clear provision in the laws and the necessity for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation.

Application to the Data Controller: You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law in writing or by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the electronic mail address previously notified and registered in our system, in accordance with the “Communiqué on Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller.”
